Seal Watch Tours
Seals will begin arriving in Long Island Sound during the month of December. Reserve your spot now on a great Sea Mist tour. Sea Mist Thimble Island Tours will be offering seal watch cruises aboard the Sea Mist. Cruises will leave every Saturday and Sunday for walk on's. Weekdays for groups of 20 ADULTS or more.

Seal Watch Charters
Charter your own private seal watch cruise now! Reserve your two hour charter for up to 34 persons. Bring your own food and drink or have it catered. The cost is only $475. Certain restrictions apply.

This photo  of two dolphins was taken on 02-28-09 by a passenger on board our opening day this year. And we saw eight seals or more! Come join us!


Our family childcare association always had an end of the year celebration to bring our members together one last time before summer vacation.

Seven years ago we started having a dinner cruise aboard the Thimble Island Sea Mist. This has become a tradition that we all look forward to with great enthusiasm.

The crew of the Sea Mist not only pampers us with attentiveness and professionalism, but we are thoroughly spoiled by the majestic beauty of the shoreline surrounding Stony Creek.

It is a gift without comparison to our 35 members and has created many lasting memories filled with spectacular sunsets and the calming serenity created while cruising the Thimble Islands.
